Will I be informed about the status of my order?

Once your #Dotebox leaves our store and begins its journey to your loved one, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We dispatch the order in the time slot requested by you during checkout.

*Due to the handmade, personalised nature of our products, some of our items may take longer. You can view estimates while checkout.

If you’re in a pinch, email us at hey@dotegifts.com, and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your deadline. If you have a specific need-by date, please list it in the "notes" section at checkout.

1-3 business days: Gift boxes (custom and pre-curated).

3-5 business days Non-custom products, boxes with apparel, robes, gift boxes with bridal robes.

5-6 business days: Boxes containing personalised items

I requested for express shipping but my order was delayed. How can you help

We're bummed to know that. Unfortunately, if a delay happens on the postal carrier's part, it is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for the same. Of course, if it's an egregious delay, please email us and we'll see what we can do.

Do the product prices include shipping?

While we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, per-box shipping is an additional cost.

Do you deliver out of Delhi NCR?

At this time, shipping is limited to the Delhi NCR/India.


My order is a gift for a loved one. Can I get it delivered on a date of choice?

This is exactly what we are striving to achieve. We feel fortunate to deliver gifts when you like within a certain window of your desired date. You can choose your desired date and time slot at the time of checkout and we'll make that happen.

Can you include a personalised note with my order?

Why not?! All of our gift boxes include a complimentary greeting card and optional handwritten message that you can share with us. Simply write this request and your desired message in the "notes" section of your cart prior to checking out.

Can I request a no price show/ receipt attachment in case of a gift?

Oh, we agree! Since we revolve around the concept of gifting, we give the sender an option to not include receipts or packing slips inside the packages.

Do you offer customised bulk gifting?

How can I create a personalised box of Dote gifts?

Stand out with your exceptional picks. Simply pick your own gifts & choose the box packaging you like and leave the rest to us.

Can I get a customised box suiting a personal occasion within my budget?

Say hurray because you can! Whether it's a bachelorette party, wedding favors, or client gifts, we love working with customers to hunt the perfect products for any occasion. Can I order multiple pre-curated boxes?

Definitely! We would love to accommodate your requirements whether it is one or many. Please note that gift boxes shipping to separate addresses will need to be placed as separate orders, or, you may email us the details and we will ease your hustle. Also, each order to a different location will have a different shipping fee that will be shared with you in advance. Each box includes an optional name tag with handwritten calligraphy, so you'll be able to tell them apart.

Do you offer multiple sizes in the gift box?

Our standard boxes are approximately ____ and our petite boxes are approximately ---. They are sturdy boxes crafted from that come in ______ colours, with our logo stamped in on the top/lid. Our boxes are pretty (keepsake) to be used again and again! We will pack your gift into the most appropriate size box, depending on the size and quantity of items you select.

Does the box come with a signature note?

Each gift box includes a handwritten specialty greeting card with a coordinating envelope. Our checkout page includes a section to provide a custom message, which a member of our team will write on the card before packing the box. You can also choose to have the card sent blank, for you to write a message yourself.

lost package/return of damaged goods

The status of my order is DELIVERED but the recepient has not received the same. How can you help?

We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. Unfortunately, in this scenario we cannot assist in recovering your package, however if it is being held by the courier for you in case of unavailability of the recipient, we will track it for you.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the courier partners but we are happy to help to our maximum capabilities to track the same for you.

RETURNED MAIL: If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and buyer will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL: If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded unless the package returns to Dote Gifts. If the package does return, and the customer has chosen not to reship the package, a refund will be provided for the cost of goods only. Refunds will not be provided for custom items.

My friend received the package in time but an item was damaged. How can I register for a replacement?

We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were damaged, please contact us within 1-3 business days with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement if necessary.

I mistakenly logged incorrect delivery information; can I modify the details?

Sure, we will be happy to assist you in modifying the delivery information before the gift box has left our premises. Any change after the dispatch will be only made if and when the shipment returns to Dote Gifts with an additional shipping charge. Will my payment information stay confidential?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

Return, exchange & privacy

What is your return policy?

Due to the customised nature of business, all sales are final. In the rare event that an item arrives to you damaged or incorrect, please connect with us at hey@dotegifts.com and we'll do our best to make it right!

Exchanges will only be accepted for non-personalized items that are received unworn and in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt of the order. Return and additional shipping is borne by the customer. Please contact us at hey@dotegifts.com for confirmation.
